My name is Ngan Nguyen, I started animating since 2018 focusing on frame by frame animations mainly, all self taught!I'm secretly working on my own personal story, building lore, world and characters. I'm planning for a whole animated series but for now they will appear as short animated music videos, I do not guarantee whatever in these AMV will be canon in the final series release. If you don't agree to my workflow process please refrain from commissioning me
GENERAL
Once request is confirmed and payment has been made, there will be no take backs.Not first come first serve, I will prioritize to work on commissions that are easy and quick to complete over the harder ones even if the harder one requested first.I do not do rush requests
Illustration commissions may take around 1-2 weeks to complete
Animation commissions may take a couple of weeks or months to completeFeel free to use the commissioned artwork for any personal use such as profile pictures, banners,...
For commercial use: extra 10% for using the artwork in monetized contents (ex. YouTube thumbnail), extra 30% for using as commercial merchandiseI will be using the commissioned artwork to promote myself and portfolio publicly
For private(not sharing commissioned assets)/NDA +10%Do not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned artwork
You can not make edits to my art unless negotiated
It is forbidden to use my artwork for AI training, NFTs, Crypto,...

For commission requests under 100$ full payment will be taken after sketch and half payment for requests above and the rest will be taken upon completion.There will be no refund unless I am unable to complete your requests.I will get your update through the whole process.
